One of the best ways to deliver your portfolio to a wide variety of people without requiring them to access the internet is to deliver it in DVD format.  A mini DVD has the increased appeal of being small enough to mail or carry around on your person.  It can also contain a lot of extra data including full-screen video and audio.  Make an impression with a disc that can be played in a regular DVD player or on a computer.
